If I was starting out, maybe a good company. Worst pay I ever got, I could collect unemployment and make the same, blue side. Plus side, my checks were always correct and now they have the scanners to make sure you get paid for the week you worked. Systems problems are the outside brokers. They get 60%, system gets 40%, driver pennies. I can remember a load from Tuele, UT to Denver, Co. Wait time 17 hours, drive time 10.5, unload, 2.5. = 30 hours out $210 for me. $7 bucks per hour is what I consistantly got from them. My 2 week checks were for $950-1300, no thanks. Hate being a complainer, but I was sold a crock of#### to work for them. A company of that size needs to have a benefits coordinator that can negotiate some good health plans for the employees . That was the worst plan I have ever seen, with all those employees. If that administrator is any good, they would pass those benefits to James Williams and see if he is good for that. Any self insured company has buying power and needs, that lazy administrator does even know about. Sorry, tangent do not work for them unless you like low pay, hard work, crappy health plan
Overall a good company.....
