I can't answer that but I "Think" they still can just by sending the verdict to the bank. It's a legal paper so I believe they can.

 

Ive worked for Keith Howell on and off for the last 20 years and so has my brother. He always paid me whatever we agreed to but he has talked to me about a few of the other owner operators. One guy named "Chuck" he always was over andvanced, his truck was always broke down needing repairs and Chuck did not have the money to pay the repairs so Keith paid for the repairs. The fuel money was supposed to go towards his truck Chuck always was trying to catch up his personal bills or he would give the codes to his daughter. Keith told me that he posted up an ad on craigs list "trucking companies beware of Chuck Friendly Service."
I dont know what you guys are talking about but Keith pays me within 24 hours of me turing in his original bills. I asked Keith about these ads that are posted, he looked at them and told me what happened with these owner operators. This guy posting info from Texas, he was the driver that did 4 loads 2 of which he was paid for within 24hours. He also was receiving fuel money everyday about 400.00 each day. This guy was buying a trailer from Keith, both the driver in TX and Keith agreed that the balance due the driver was $1300.00 not 4500.00 what he implied. Because of this driver being in TX, he and Keith decided the driver could keep the trailer in lieu of his balance due. I think that was pretty good of Keith and a pretty good deal for the driver. SO BEFORE YOU JUMP TO ANY CONCLUSIONS KEEP THIS IN MIND. THERES TWO SIDE TO EVERY STORY AND KEITH ALWAYS ADVANCES MORE THAN 40% AT PICK UP. What about all the owner operators that are advanced money and never show up to pick the loads up? I know for a fact 2 owner operators that were working for Keith and had their trucks repossesed and Keith had to pay thousands to have the trailer and the load recovered. What about the balance due Keith from all that expense, what do you guys think should he be reimbursed by the owner operator?

 

You are a liar!!!!!!!!! Ive seen your paperwork. BayCity only owes you 800.00 which they sent to you certified mail but you didnt have the guts to even pick up your mail!!!! How responsible are you? You need to join that show "The Biggest loser!!!!"
Why dont you be a man and realize that you are a lousy manager of your own life. So you are trying to blame Keith for the downfall of your life. I have seen where Keith has paid you over $13,000 That doesnt even count all of the advances and loans, etc. Why dont you talk about the previous employer and how he did you so wrong also. Sounds like to me that these companies are'nt all that bad, it might be you!!!!

Do Not sign up to be an O/O with Keith Howell. He will take the broker loads give them to you then not pay you your 85% of the load. He will also lie about what the broker is paying him so he can pay you less!!

Osage City, KS to Ogden UT $966.25 (you have paid $500.00 on this trip) Trip completed on May 19, 2010
Logan, UT to Houston with 5 stops $2,422.50 Trip completed on May 25, 2010
1 Lumper fee $40.00
1 Fax that Stephanie just had to have $12.00 (this fax were all of the bol's after the last order was delivered for the Logan UT to Houston TX trip that Stephanie requested and was not within our contract)

Total $3,440.75

We are demanding payment today June 22, 2010 of at least half of this amount. total today $1,720.37
