    I'm new to this and looking for help. recently move to Los Angeles from the east coast. I'm looking for a driving job monday to friday western region. Can anyone help. I have 10 years otr experience

    There's tons of companies in and around the L.A. area. Ashley furniture in Colton might be your ticket. Regional, home on week-ends or thereabouts. Osterkamp out of Pomona does Ca/Az/Nv. Gardner out of Chino the western states, CPS out of Mira Loma does Ca/Az. Also look at aggregates. Robinson does redi-mix and bottom dumps/powder trains to feed their plants all over S.Ca. There are boo-coo bottom dump operations working basically M-F. Lots of dirt work/aggregates. Robinson has a home office in Corona off the 91 fwy. Check out food service companies and Coke and beer distributors.

    Ashley is a GREAT company, if you can get on with them.
    You will have to unload your truck, but you will have help, and the stuff is mostly bulky not heavy.
    They have good equipment at the plants I have been too, and they have a really good pay and benifit package.
