Had one as an O/O. Big following, made them think they were special and deserved special treatment.
They found out otherwise.
Called me the worst carrier ever, now I feel special. LOLmp4694330, ihaveaquestion, Kyle G. and 2 others Thank this. -
I am the same way, that is one of my questions when any one here does interviews. I have to make sure my customers' security comes ahead of my driver's need to get their 5 minutes of fame.
I have several customers who actually look for this stuff online because of their products and/or processes are locked down. One has reported to another carrier about one of their drivers 'filming' the check-in procedure in the offices, which is a huge no-no. I know the driver was fired and left on the side of the road, two of my drivers flew out to California to recover the load and truck, and they met the cops who removed the driver's personal effects and took the driver's phone and camera equipment. Some companies are not playing games.ihaveaquestion and Kyle G. Thank this. -
If all they do is pull a box around with an aero truck I have less than zero interest in watching. I want to see stuff you don't see every day. Mega oversize, off highway, specialized etc is what I find interesting.

I was told the same for a non trucking company. Mostly office positions. The company did not want the "Free Advertisement".Long FLD Thanks this.
