I used a wire wheel on an electric drill to get the fabulous results you see there lol. Then I ran out of ambition. I may work on it some more. Still waiting on an estimate to put electricity in the shop. It’s like pulling teeth

It's not that hard. I did 220 & 110 to my shop. Went underground. Have an inspection done.

Unless it's got a hairline crack in it, that pan can most definitely be saved. Care to share a picture of the back side? I've saved several that were in worse shape. My wife and I don't own any pots or pans that ain't cast iron. We're still using some that were my Great Granny's.

Everyone was taught different, but I always season ours in a hot oven at 450 coated in lard.

There's no better non-stick skillet on this earth than a properly seasoned old cast iron.

Should be fine, actually really good. What temp do you need? Like 350 or 375. The grill should do that fine.

No. The snellen chart is the standard, not all charts are the same. They have different ones for both the letter sets as well as reading distance.

I use a 2" or 3" gray/coarse Scotchbrite pad on my air diegrinder at low rpm. That would work on a drill also.
