Here is a bit of advise...be careful how you ask a question, and be extra careful how you interpret the answer.

What I said was it is part of the Swift family...i.e. principal owner Jerry Moyes...the issues regarding the takeover of Dick Simon are still lingering in the Federal Appeals Courts. Here is one piece of documentation for you when they finalized in 2002:

And everyone of them, except those in irrevocable trusts are in financial disarray...Jerry just put some more equity up to get another credit line to try and survive the economy.

It gets even better...the list from Exhibit A is also buried and comingled in another "Mother Corporation"...Saint Corporation.
