Let me say, I'm glad you came here first, you will get a bunch of different answers, most pointing to not a good idea. Car hauling in the capacity you mention, is a tough job. Insurance is the biggest killer, but of the few times I dealt with these, it was a disaster. Many times, units like this are sent to unreachable destinations a big car hauler can't do, and cars go into a pool, and whoever is closest gets the haul, many times, unannounced. Cars that are parked 4 rows in, and all have flat tires, Then on the other end, delivering to less than civil places, I too would say, just get the CDL, and start trucking for a reputable firm, I all but guarantee, you'll forget all about the idea.
New here, looking for advice.

Listen to what? It’s not advice, it’s someone trying to be cute. There are actually three helpful responses on this post and I appreciate it. They definitely make me look at it more closely before I do anything.Numb Thanks this.

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate it. I am planning on getting the CDL but I don’t want to drive for another company. I guess this was a way to continue to work for myself.
