Everyone that didn't have a HazMat before Feb 7, 2022 must complete an Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) course. You can do it in-person or online.

When I say the cities I include the suburbs, I am just outside the suburbs, St Cloud is a crap hole and has been for twenty years, haven't been to Rochester in years but don't doubt it is now a crap hole to, Duluth has always been a liberal turd of an area, only place doing foodservice work I had stuff stolen off the back of my truck and that was 20 years ago.. Towns like Wilmar and alot of the other midsize towns are complete crap holes now to.I honestly don't spend much time in any of the population areas. I do drive through the western areas regularly and find western MN pretty nice, while not scenic in any sense of the word they are not bad drives though, no traffic and nice people. When I am not in the truck I am outdoors or working on stuff in my garage, if you are an outdoors type MN is pretty dam nice, I have about 1000 acres of state land out my back door and enjoy the hell out of it, if I'm not there I am off somewhere up north camping fishing, or hunting. I don't have one reason to go towards the cities except to grab loads, so I could really care less about the metro area.
