    During training the instructor takes us out 4 at a time and I usually fall asleep when it's not my turn to drive. Is it so much different? I understand that the close quarters may suck if not extremely lucky enough to be paired with someone decent.

    CRST called and said I need more experience, at least 6 months. Swift said I need 10 years verifiable work history, I only have 3, or get 18 months experience and try again. Northern Refrigerated has the same criteria as Swift (I still applied).
