Just like haystack said don't b discouraged just from one DM's actions. Like I said ryan was probably a new DM that came from another comp that dispatches way less then JCT does. Think of it this way, don't know if u have experienced it b4 but at my old company there r many times u sit a whole weekend waiting on a load. With JCT the most u sit is about 24 hours. They have plenty of freight, have u ever counted the number of our trks going across 40 either side? No other company has that many trks running one way or the other every single day. Last sunday when I was at yrd they had well over 20 loads just sitting there waiting 4 trks to get them. I don't remember how long you've been here now but it will take some time for them to know the way u run and move up the list. Yes the list- they have categories of A or B drivers I think. Anyways hang in there buddy, freights picking up and hopefully so will ur miles.
