Get a sleep test, then a BiPAP machine, sleep soundly with 23lb air pressure as you inhale, 16 lb exhale. Been on that for 5 years. Started at 12 in.
Wife used to wake me, uh what? you quit breathing. OK... Guess she lay awake in constant alarm.

CPAP: continuous positive airway pressure
BiPap: bilevel positive airway pressure
