I assume you found out how fun those train tracks are on that road lol. Think I emptied every shelf in the truck the first time I went over them

Fellas I'm exhausted. I just got home. I had to take a driver down to recover a truck in New Orleans. They said he had some sort of mental episode. He got overly paranoid and thought something was under the truck I heard. I'm thinking he was on something. I've got a load of pallets to go back up to Coke so I think I'll relax for a 34. Got down to New Orleans about 2 thirty last night, and he cleaned out the truck nicely to have left it there. Loaded trailer and everything.

Before I left the yard, I got trained on the new tablet, the Motive ELD. They had changed the name from the old Keep Trucking ELD which I had used before. Got a new camera in here and everything. They're watching everyone so close now for speeding, rolling stops, following too close, etc. I gotta tighten up on those rolling stops. Lol.

It was weird to see a driver get fired before he even got his first load. Kenny came out there and fired the #### out of dude. Apparently he didn't pay any attention in orientation and wasn't following directions. It takes talent to get fired before or on your first load lol. Anyway, how are yall making it?

An what's the new camera? Is that outward facing and different than the one that Volvo was installing to begin with?

Not anymore. Brand new tablet and camera in there. Very soon, every truck will have the Motive. I think once I figure it out all the features, I'll like Motive better.

It appears to be the type of camera that can go both ways, but the driver facing camera isn't turned on. I was told it wouldn't be turned on unless something drastic like an accident happened. I'm under the impression that they're only keeping the outward facing camera on.
