yep. In fact, typing from a driving instructors perspective, I would rather teach some one with no experience than one that's been on the road for years. 2nd week with my 2nd student both of which just got outta cdl school. Only challange i've found so far is trying to explain to new drivers, spread axle trailers dont turn on a dime as do the freightboxes in cdl school.Saddle Tramp Thanks this.

Yes and dont think down upon yourself for not having years of experience. You as someone just starting out in this industry have no bad habits to break. I cannot speak of other company's training programs but Maverick's securement standards exceed DOT's. Need i say more?

Do they hire out of Reno, NV? we would be willing to relocate for the right oppertunity
thanks -
Yeah I got it a good while back. Seems kind of odd the pics they had on it showing the boxes behind the tractor...
-
I was in Little Rock the other day...it was kinda weird seeing those vans and bulk trailers sitting there.
-
Is Maverick hauling other than flatbed now?
-
Yes...reefer, bulk sand that I have seen. I have heard rumors of dry boxes too. -
not sure of reno, nv but the winning phrase in your question is. . . "willing to relocate"
-
yep but looking to grow and expand while other co's looking to close their doors. Wish they'd move em to the southeast 40 until used. S.W. hates dirty trucks and the crushed granite dust shows up quite well on maroon trucks as compared to white trailers. I'm sure they have a reason for it however.
