What if it Snows?

Yeah, it’s insane. Paid $49k cash upfront last year to save on the financing fee of $8k.

Not doing it again. I’ll take the winter off and move the business out of Florida to South Dakota.

Was hoping it would go down since I haven’t had any claims this year.

The insurance company valued my home at $275k with $65k on the inside......and I'm paying it. The tax people valued my home at$180k......and I'm paying for it. If you walked up to me and gave me a check for $140k, you would own a very nice house in The Good life City.....lock, stock, and barrel.

 

Where would you go? Casa Del OM I hear is coming on the market.

 

I'm hearing that. But I'm afraid I'd miss the grass, trees, and seasons. Much better to go up to @Dale thompson place near the lakes of greatness.

 

I haven’t personally called them. My agent last year tried getting me quotes but no one would touch me. First problem is I live in Florida second is I have huge loss runs. New stolen truck and trailer, struck by lightning and hitting a huge mule deer in SD. The stolen truck is the biggie and will be 3 years old in a couple weeks, that claim cost them over $200k so they’re trying to get their money back.
