Bear isnt that dam good to begin with carnivore meat . Granted a hog will eat anything but they'll graze like a cow and root around if nothing better . Vinison better but always be diligent as far as parasites ect . Look closely at organs.

Honestly i think it depends on where your meat is sourced . Wild hog , i frankly wouldnt eat unless it was vry young . Home grown hogs on dirt better than concrete hogs i think . All other things being equal , 180 seems high as hell never approached 180
