Only if the shoulder is not wide enough to fit a truck, and you can only use 2” portables.

If because of company policy or speed governing of the truck to 58 to 63 MPH, at night, when a faster truck passes you, you are supposed to flash the high beam headlights 20 to 30 times when that faster truck is no more than 50 feet in front of you.

Sure, so long as you remember to pull quickly back on to the interstate when you're done.

When you’re driving that 63 mph governed truck, tailgating the 62 mph truck for the last 7 miles, it is ok to jump out into the left lane a maximum of 150 feet in front of the 75 mph truck rolling up on you. Extra points are deducted if you start the lane change with no signal, the turn it on half way through.

Employers love it when you complain. You are most important and it garners sympathy.

When merging pay no attention to traffic. Trucks have special rights. Everyone has to get over to the left to let you in. If a Truck doesn’t, even if he’s blocked in, flip him off for not slowing down for you. Remember you are the most important Truck on the road. Never look ahead past the hood.

Keep the air pressure in your tires at half the rated pressure on the sidewall to help reduce wear and improve ride quality, especially on really hot days and when loaded heavy.

Now is also perfect time of year to change out your summer air for winter air too.
