Kenworth auto transmission problem

Thank you !! I have heard the same thing from friend of mine. Rush Truck Center almost ripped me off in Jacksonville, FL. They wanted over $6000 for repair. I just got ripped off for $510 of BS diagnostics. Heading to my company shop in Chicago where our guys are going to double check on Rush’s BS and I will change only actuators.

 

Rush is the one dealer I will never go to..

I spent 7 days in the shop fir what should have taken 2 days... Dallas couldn't diagnose a clutch actuator because their internet was down for 3 days and that's after I TOLD THEM what the code for..

Rish triedto over charge a friend for work they did that he told them bot to do.

Rush in Phoenix I gave then a short list to repair.. i checked on it 3 days later and what I wanted done was donebut now they had another$3,000 in repairs to do...!! I said who authorized that..? They said they sent a estimate to the company I was LEASED TOO and they ok'ed it, i said I'm a 0/0 and I didn't ok it so I'm not going to pay it if you do the work that I DIDN'T AUTHORIZED...!!... they really didn't like the warranty claim i put in the next day at another dealer to replace the brakes on 1 axle and repair the wiring to the alternator that they damaged

 

I will never wanna see those dumb Rush faces. Just remember that place in case you ever see them – run ‼️ They in Jacksonville, FL on New Berlin St or Rd but the key word is New Berlin. I couldn’t make it to Chicago. I am on the side of I-65 North bound in KY waiting until morning so I can tow away my truck and trailer to the truck stop. I am planning to rent a car and head to my company yard to pick up their truck and head back to tow mine to Chicago to our shop to fix it.
