I’m not arguing, maybe so. Never heard of that Law myself. I run in the right lane. Only rule I follow is leaving plenty space in front for someone to merge. It’s up to them to decide whether or not to merge in front or behind me. Their choice. Try to push me over, when I can’t get over, and I’ll put them on the shoulder. That goes for Trucks too.
