That sure looks good. Looks like a pancake on the left. Mashed taters and gravy, looks like sweet potatoes and pulled pork. What’s in the little bowl upper left.

 

Not a pancake. We call them hoe cakes. Similar to cornbread.

 

BBQ actually, not bad really. With mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole, and banana pudding….

 

Banana pudding, and you are correct on the rest of it. This is at one of my favorite eating places, London Truckstop in London, Kentucky. Delivered in Tennessee and stopped on my way home….

 

Yes it’s cornbread or hoe cake as you mentioned, actually pretty good too….

 

Could have finished the week yesterday. But I held a load over for management to give me my yearly review. Wish me luck.

 

Finished harvest yesterday! Now back to corn cobs again!
