With the shorter tire,you can adjust the stops in more b4 the tire starts to rub the pitman arm.Because it will rub in a lower spot on the arm.Make sense?Elvenhome21 and The Challenger Thank this.

I appreciate the answer oneshot. What kind of modifications would one need to do if he/she wanted to keep the 24.5 tire size they currently have from rubbing the pitman arm.

No mod that I know of.Just need someone to turn it to the right and adjust the stop on the right side in till the tire nearly touches the pit arm.Mine will cut tight to the left and as tight as it can to the right.KW could have solved this issue easily but chose not to.The Challenger Thanks this.

Good "heads up"!
As I mentioned earlier, I've adjusted many of the set stops; especially when we were hauling crude oil, ALWAYS dealing with tight turnarounds. Never really thought about the added stress to the steering box. -
In Colorado if your pitman arm is shiny from the tire rubbing it, a certain inspector at the Monument scales will put you out of service for a "tire coming in contact with a suspension component" I found this out the hard way, you might want to be careful when you adjust the steering stops.

Not about wheel cut but I just heard this and was wondering if anyone could confirm it.
Is it true the W900L's from 2004 onward with ACCERT cat's have 2 mufflers under the bunk, and not one?
