Make sure you allow your pet dust mop to runamuck across the parking lot so it can bark, growl and scare stumbling drivers at 2:45 am. Dear God I thought I was seeing things.
-
People who do that have absolutely zero right to complain when said “dust mop” accosts the wrong person and gets punted across the parking lot as a reward.
D.Tibbitt, JolliRoger, Bean Jr. and 11 others Thank this. -
That’s exactly right. I love dogs but one of those dogs that “never bites anyone,” bit me on the leg and it changed my mindset a bit. I try to always watch my dog around everyone even though he’s an Australian Shepherd and has never acted the smallest bit mean.D.Tibbitt, Still undecided, broke down plumber and 5 others Thank this.

And to make it worse, this thing was all black, all I heard was barking and growling, the driver was probably 70 ft away as this thing came towards me. I just froze on my tracks until I could see it, then I started growling back at it and it backed away. I realize it's only a Pomeranian, but at 2:45 am when you're still 1/2 asleep, it might as well have been a wolf.

If you drive a mega carrier neutered truck speed thru the small towns so you can get in front all the trucks who passed you in the 70-75mph zones.

If you are traveling a rural 2 lane highway, with lots of curves, and hills, and the speed limit is 55MPH, never do more than 40 MPH. Or 30MPH in the hills and curves. Bonus points for doing it with an obviously empty trailer, like an RGN, flatbed, auto rack, etc.
The people in the mile of traffic behind you have no where they need to be, and it feels great to lead the pack, don't it! Also, it shows you are safety conscious, by never approaching the posted speed limit. Slow and easy wins every time! -
