If you have $100,000 laying around’ looking for a home? Purchase silver. Not the stupid paper certificates, but actual 99.99% silver bars.

Solid investments. Rental property is good to get some income flowing. Silver, gold (the people’s money) good to have as well.

    #### that Rental is just as regulated as trucking, I’d burn the place down before I ever had to deal with the courts for 6 months before being able to evict them

silver, gold and lead, I do have a Ira and money market account but that won’t be worth much if it hits the fan

Definitely look at some sites like TruckPaper.com or OhioTrucks.com. You can find some really decent trucks at around 100k or significantly less. The prices I've seen are pretty low these days most likely because of the market being the way that it is. Just because the odometer has a million plus, doesn't necessarily mean the engine does. A lot have been overhauled. I'm more partial to the older trucks, but there's some newer ones for lower prices, but i just don't think they're as reliable. I mean, there's a super sleeper for sale under 100k right now. But if you're worried about maintenance or whatever, you might be better off taking that 100k and putting it down on a new truck off the lot with a warranty.

Sometimes, SOMETIMES, you can find a decent company to lease on with that'll get you decent rates. But usually if they're running the load boards and advertising high weekly income, it's a lie and you'd be broke within months.

I’d rather fight a pissed off wolverine in a used up porta ####ter with nothin but a deal do for a weapon and a string can telephone to call for help on the off chance that wolverine was winning than look at a truck from Ohio Truck Sales
