Has anybody ever haul material for OZGINA as a owner operator how is it ?

 

When did that happen????

 

I would say stay away from Ozinga they will literally screw you in an any way possible especially being low man on seniority. I started there in August and was let go today due to the fact that they have a rule that if a higher seniority driver messes up his truck he takes the low man’s truck therefore leaving you out of work. I was a bulk driver and the same goes for the ready mix guys. They blow smoke up your ### that they are a family oriented company with God first and it’s a bunch of ########. My wife has just been diagnosed with cancer and that didn’t even touch them in no way and still didn’t care to let me go. First time ever in my life to get let go from a job like this. Terrible place to work for.. than if you on the bottom of the seniority list they expect you to work nice shift out the blue one day and return to day shift the next day. Super retarded ! The general manager of dispatch Greg if you don’t jot down every single load and waiting time he will steal your money and that’s another thing I found so wrong. Worst part about it they have awful mechanics the trucks are run downed and the mechanics don’t like to fix nothing even if it’s a hazard on the road
