Ouch. Any blood? Gotta have blood splatter. Then you can tell all sorts of stories about the injury.

 

Hate to be that guy but, don't you check your chains for bad spots atleast every other use? That was drilled into my DNA at a young age, that and oil the binders.

 

Guess its time to accept that riding season's over for 2024. Single digit temperatures now and seeing the odd bit of snow. Didn't ride as much as last year sadly.

 

Hell we just barely got under 100 degrees American, for the first time since march! You could be like all the other Canadians and become a snow bird

 

I couldn't do that, I'd want to stay permanently.

 

I run my bulls year round

 

Can still use a chain even with bad spots on certain links. I just cut them when they get bad and then I have two or three.

I’ve broken a few links on 3/8 sized chains over past few years.
