Could be,but usually law enforcement is notified either before,during or after the repossession is carried out. As it’s there’s a BOLO of the tractor and the pickup truck driver responsible.

That takes some balls, it isn't like these guys in tow trucks that snag a car and go in 15 seconds then stop down the road to regroup everything, that had to take a little time.
