The biggest changes that happen arn’t aways financial changes. They are cultural changes and core values within the company. Most great companies start by the owner building the business with the employees like a family and making them feel like they are part of the ownership. When they pass on the family takes over and the culture changes. The employees are no longer family and they are now treated like just renters instead of owners so they become disgruntled and no longer care about the life career because it is just become a job. The company goes down fast from mismanagement at the bottom levels not the top.
Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -
If you look at the newer loves being built the spots are numbered, if you buy fuel it’s free parking, if not, pony up.

Should truck stops be a charity? At least 50% of drivers don’t spend money inside or buy fuel. But yet leave trash and piss jugs in the parking lot that have to be cleaned up and expect a free place to park.Sirscrapntruckalot, rollin coal and Oxbow Thank this.

I'm sorry my opinion (which you decided to interpret your own way) offended you.Last edited: Nov 14, 2024
