They're going to Pendleton tonight. I know they're likely to sleep in so I suggested Laa Palomas next to the truck stop in Prosser for lunch tomorrow. After they her sister can show her where to go in Seattle.

They have a lot fenced in right next to the chemical plant I sometimes work out of in Cresson TX. Nobody was excited when the "coming soon" signs were installed.exhausted379, TX2Day, Big Road Skateboard and 11 others Thank this.

Well, the stage stop is not what it used to be. Has pretty much been a sysco finished goods distribution point.TX2Day, tramm01, blairandgretchen and 10 others Thank this.

Have seen the signs for them at a few places. Mostly at fuel locations I occasionally use.
The signs look like it is a per hour rate. You have to download and use there app for it.
Have not used them, as they are not in places that i would park.TX2Day, tramm01, blairandgretchen and 8 others Thank this. -
Like 20+ or so years ago, it was a good place. Food was fresh, showers cheap and clean. Drivers were respected.
Last several years and maybe an owner or two later, just another profit center for someone.
They still have a fair amount of parking, about half a s dirt. No longer a destination point.TX2Day, tramm01, blairandgretchen and 11 others Thank this. -
It was always too close to home for me to spend much time there, but I used to really enjoy the restaurant. But that was back in the Burns Brothers days and the 76 was still open in Winnemucca.exhausted379, TX2Day, wore out and 13 others Thank this.

76’s were good stops. Remember the one in Cordelia, ca. was always a stop. It’s a shopping center now.

The feet washers have taken new ownership recently .. noticed that the last couple times I stopped there... I'm sure they will convert the restaurant into a Dhabi Habibi's hindu and packastani chicken tiki with feet sink stations at every table

Most of them had good restaurants, plenty parking, friendly staff. I do miss them places. Almost all of my education came from the drivers only section of the diner. Those older guys learned me every thing they knew and I still don't know s#&t. But you could get anything at all under the big orange ball . Lol
