Iron Tiger Transportation

They cut the rates on hauling new trucks from A co. Called Auto Truck Transport. From my understanding everything is pretty much the same except for hometime is much worse at Iron Tiger and the bennies are not as good as ATT because Iron tiger is non-union. Need anymore info let me know. B.T.W. they are only hiring 30 drivers in the Springfield,OH. term. so u better hurry up and get over there.

 

yes they under bid att for the business them and two other companies
although i think att has there fingers in iron tiger behind the scenes in some way.........i do piggyback work so i am aware of who they are..........bluemule 35

In a nutshell, Iron Tiger was created to impose the 'give back contract' JHT wanted and the IAM largely opposed in 2007. The IAM did cave in on the 'no strike clause' and agreed to do away with the 'dealer delay pay' for a 3 cents per mile increase total for the life of the contract. To make matters worse, no one voted for it but it passed 'unanimously'...
