Yep, one of my two customers pays 1.5-2k$ better than the current average rate on my Salt Lake runs. They like the way I work, his customers like the way I work.

Drama free, no questions asked. And he knows he can cover it cheaper, but he wont.

So I work when he calls, and won't forget him when the market turns. He's an up and comer, so I'm in a good spot right now.

I didn't want it that way, but I'm thankful

That really is a pretty sharp ride, except for that darn hood mirror.. lol :D

Really with the mirror. Why only one? Just do 2 or none at least it matches side to side then.

I bet the wheelbase is about 260-265"

I agree the hood mirror is tacky lookin but the boss man told me they had a big settlement not to long ago when one of our drivers didn't clear out his steer tire before changing lanes and pit maneuvered some old lady and she sued the company of course... so now they are specing the trucks with hood mirrors.

This truck is just over 300" wheelbase,

So they'll balance the exhaust, but not the mirrors. Seems the driver side wheel would have the same problem as the passenger side wheel. I liked those mirrors for the reasons you state, but then again, I did start my OTR career with a 900, that also had the peeper window on the passenger side. :)
