I called on my last ticket. Made the plea and paid over the phone.

Course. That court said they don't do plea deals. A lawyer would do no good. And mine was a moving violation.

    Feedman and Oxbow Thank this.

But six, it is the principle of the ticket, he has to fight it, he should be demanding a trial by Jury with Jack McCoy handling the case for him.

We deal with these tickets just like this - Pay the fine, forget about them ... move on ...

You mean he should have whupped up on that cop, ignore the Motorola calls and blues piling in, send 17 guys to the hospital and when he gets arm weary to call the US Marshal that looks and acts just like Tommy Lee Jones to prevent a RodneyKing beat down, then call that stupid website for legal counsel so he can represent himself at a jury trial…all on principle?

Feedman, D.Tibbitt, kwswan and 2 others Thank this.

Beware of sneaky state troopers in Texas.
There is a State Trooper in Sonora Texas at pulls a trick and write to a ticket before you can say anything.
I was hauling counterweights for a crane on a spread axle step deck and he pulled me over and had me follow him to an inground scale at the courthouse. When I pulled on the scale it showed I was legal. So he pulled a single axle scale out of his trunk and had me back the back axle onto it.
Before the airbags had a chance to equal out the weight he marked it as overweight and turned off the scale and wrote me a ticket.
I mean how do you tell a State Trooper he's wrong. So I took the ticket and turned it into my company and told them what he had done and they just said it was easier just to pay the ticket and they did.
Now it shows up as an overweight ticket on my MVR on an otherwise spotless record
