Help with violations. “OPERATE VEHICLE WHILE TEXTING"

The Judge will tell you driver should have gotten the restriction removed from his license once the surgery gave him corrected vision. I remember having arguments about carrying eyeglasses and a spare if you have the corrective lenses restriction on your DL. Even carrying a pair of $5 reading glasses you never wear would likely have avoided the ticket for corrective lenses.

I suspect the cop saw a reckless event and the driver appears to be foreign or careless or both and the cop gave him the full menu of possible tickets. If I was in someone else's country driving on their roads for a living I would be the best driver they ever saw to avoid giving anyone an excuse to pull me over. Lots of people in the country seem to take for granted the US is just some place on a map where anyone can come get some free stuff and think we are as lawless as other countries.

 

What country is lawless? Seems a little elitist to say that other countries are lawless. Some even have martial law....some chop off body parts when you steal. It seems like certain countries have more devastating punishments than the US.

Most of the roads anywhere near Flagstaff are covered with potholes, some very big. Maybe that caused phone to fall out of mount.

 

Is your employer one of the Central Valley, CA reefer companies? That driver facing camera would probably save your career right about now.
