Money talks and BS walks. If it pays, it rides. And I don't care who's name is on the label.

That brand name is on thousands of trailers all over interstates everywhere driving amongst their customers. You'd think they put a priority on courtesy and saftey but they really don't. They prioritize profit over everything else.

    Yep

if you live with in 50 miles of Atlanta , you usually get stuff the same day .

It will say on the app, if same day delivery is possible

the delivery date is on the page when you click on the product and is based on the address that’s in your account

say what ya want about Amazon and Bezos , but he turned buying stuff on its head .

Hard to imagine a company that didn’t exist twenty years ago , having warehouses and factories and a fleet of many many thousands of delivery vans

and , Amazon makes more money off their computer cloud storage too .

I remember when they first started and only sold USED BOOKS.

But they were THE place to find a particular used book and have it delivered to your mailbox in a couple of days

verses visiting used book stores in person a dozen times to find a particular book

Amazon has been around for 30 years they started selling books in the 90's. I remember when they just had one DC for the eastern half of the US and one for the western half. The eastern one was Campbellsville, KY. I remember being a newish company driver in the early 2000's running drop and hook loads from Campbellsville, KY to the UPS hub in Horsham, PA during peak on paper logs. It was (to me) great money and easy trucking.

I remember the book days. I remember when eBay first started too. The Internet used to be a very cool place.

Yeah it was different that's for sure. It's like television now almost worthless just a bunch of bickering, BS and advertisements.

Indeed. I haven't owned one in over 10 years. One of the best moves I've ever made.
