I dump mine on just about every turn I make whether I'm loaded or not. If u wanna do it right put a blast valve going to the front axle so when u dump the rear it opens up and puts the full tank pressure in the front bags this way it will actually carry a loaded trailer on the front axle. As long as your air pressure is less than 60psi with air in all 4 bags the 120psi tank pressure will stretch the front bags to the max, far as I know as long as you don't drive around long periods of time like if u keep forgetting u have the rear dumped it does not actually cause any harm to the bags. Some of our trucks have a red light on the dash as a reminder when the switch is flipped

Either that or put 1/2 air lines to the front bags?
