No wonder the drivers aren’t getting paid!!

How are these carriers not getting revoked from operating with these numbers? It's clear they are renegades, yet, legally they stay in business? Isn't this the kind of crap the mafia used to pull?

Put your story on ripoffreport.com

The owners supposedly do not live in the US and do not live at the address on file in PA
I did look them up on saferweb before I leased on and saw a lot of out of services. But I dont know what to look for?
Can someone please educate me on what to look for and what they mean on the saferweb page so this doesnt happen again.
AppreciatedD.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
One of the first things you should do before leasing on with another company is; don't lease on with another company. Try driving as a company driver using a W-4 IRS tax form for your payroll. It seems to work pretty well for many professional drivers out there. 90% of the ripoff reports you will see are lease scams by shady foreign outfits out there.

That is what safer is used for. To look up what their safety record looks like. Driver Out of service violations are all major log book violations .. that should tell you how that company is going to run you..equipment out of service are all major equipment violations... so they run shifty equipment and then their drivers are running hot log books... now you know why you didn't get paid.
Look up dot# 2356092
That is the company I work for.. we are not perfect by any means but those are great numbers to see when looking for a potential employer... that is how I use safer. Read between the lines and it will tell you how that company is run.Lonesome, Albertaflatbed, LTL Bull and 1 other person Thank this. -
Your company has 29 out of service and 3 driver out of service....and 5 injury crashes these are great numbers?? These look like terrible numbers no?
What am I missing here? Is it because its 29 out of 172 inspections? Its still a lot. -
What?? Dude that is 300+ inspections in the last 2 years... find me a company with numbers anywhere close to that. It is well below the national average.... you will be looking for a LONG time... but keep driving for the #### box you are driving for and not getting paid.. lol

Oh no I'm not saying that in a disrespectful way, I'm really just trying to learn what to look for.
So its ok to have some out of service??
meaning what I'm looking for is the average overall score/percentage just needs to be below national average?
Also the driver out of service is that violations with ELD logging?
and crash reports what to look for in this?
I'm learning!Lonesome and homeskillet Thank this.
