I had a ISX cummins in a 03 international and it dropped 4 valves, so I just dropped a big cam 400 in it. Is it possible to change the motor over to intercooled instead of water cooled?

Get a 3406 B series Intake they FIT right on. Also convert it to High Flow Coolant. Will need a different Water Pump and a few other parts. Beyond you Radiator is fine from the 03. Enjoy and if you want make it a 800HP beast.

Cool I have a 3406b at the house. As far as emmisions they don't check that kind of stuff in my county. So if I put the intake on that all u will need since I have a intercooler already there.

That and the plumbing to connect it to the intercooler. You will also need to get rid of the Watercooled intake of course. So while your doing that replace that POS low flow cooling system. Since you have the Radiator from a 03 already not a problem getting the Radiator. Check with Pittsburgh Power on the parts you will need and get them for the conversion to a high flow cooling system. Trust me your engine will thank YOU.

Yeah I have the plumbing also for the intercooler. Idk the exact hp's of the engine but I know it's more than 550 but my brother said he never had a problem keeping it cool. O one more question the fan hits my hood but I was going to put 4 16" electric fans on the radiator u think that will keep it cool enough?

You cant go off of that the radiator is 4 times the size of a 5.9 cummins radiator. I have a 5.9 cummins and it never gets hot on me in the summer even running 1000 degree egt's.
