ALPHA AND MIKE LLC STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY VERY DANGEROUS COMPANY FOR OWNER OPERATOR. THE DOT, CHICAGO POLICE, SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AND SHUT THEM COMPLETELY DOWN. THEY RUNNING TWO LOG BOOKS. THEY USE SOLO DRIVERS TO RUN TEAM LOADS AND STEAL EVERY PENNY THATS PAID TO DRIVER.

 

My first check ..my gross was 2800 fuel cost 700 .. my take home was 250 dollars. My second paycheck was 5200 gross my take home was 550 dollars. They said I had fees to pay. My third paycheck was 5825 gross fuel out both checks was about 850 on fuel. My take home was 542 dollars. I had quite. Then they try to reverse the 542 from bank. I showed the bank my paycheck stub they emailed to me. It was so horrible the bank label them a fraud and call the police to document them and dispute the claim that they try to reverse.

 

Good Lord, I bet they even have dogs and cats living together at their terminal.

As we're living in an age with information and social media literally in the palm of our hand, it's truly amazing to me that someone doesn't have the brains to do a quick Google search before signing on.

 

When you advised the Chicago police to shut these shady, illegally operating mo-fo's, why didn't they listen to you? You sound like a pretty important person. Getting involved with these guys shows, you must have been going undercover or something.

 

Sounds like the OP did things right. Was shown a contract, he read through it, found it acceptable. Then they tried to rush him on the road and gave him a bogus contract to sign. When he wisely refused, they damaged his truck. He probably has no realistic recourse but at least he came on here to tell the tale. The other people on here complaining about working there didn't read the contract or just signed it anyway. It's on them.
