What if it Snows?

Speaking of books, I received a copy of Cmdr. Kirk Leopold's USN Ret. book "Front Burner" a while back Last I heard, the USS Cole was still homeported in Norfolk. I have seen the USS Cole several times. I am almost finished reading.

 

Reminds me of a funny story, I'll try to keep it simple. Wife and I were eating dinner with her niece and her husband, he and I get along great. We were at a Mexican restaurant and had a few drinks and they had recently moved in a newer home and that was what we were talking about. The new place had a small deck and he eventually wanted to make it larger. He said I wish my deck was as big as yours, remember we had been drinking. The lady sitting next table over gave us the strangest look , well that's all it took. We started talking louder about what a large deck I had ,you can use your imagination here but we were laughing uncontrollably . Finally the girls caught on to what was going on and they started laughing just listening to us. Then the next morning he called me and asked what I was doing, I said just standing here drinking coffee and looking at my big deck. He said I'll call you back. Turns out they were eating breakfast and he had me on speaker phone, his wife had blown coffee all across the table . We still laugh about this from time to time. Sad thing is my wife laughed the hardest because she knows the truth, I'm hung like a tiktak.
