The economy needs to be growing and I see it contracting or barely staying steady.
Very slow here especially since the Thanksgiving thru New Years holidays.
The whole of 2024 has been slower than usual and I personally made just a bit less than 2023.

So I called LGT. Sounds ok? Mostly manual trucks. Out 3 weeks home a week I think. Take truck home. Screenshot_20250107-125417.png

It’s ok but not close to what we make. Plus I don’t see pay for being out like meal, per diem, or weekly pay or 34 hr reset pay.

Based on benefits. Seems like they want resets at a hotel Screenshot_20250107-135011.png

I am telling you!! Get with Air Products in New York. They’re out 3 weeks out at a time too and you get wayyyyy more benefits than that. What LGT is offering is too low to even consider them. At least for me.

    scythe08 and lual Thank this.

Checked Google maps. The 2 locations you said in the past are both 6+ hours from my house. That's not worth it. Especially since only got a single car

So was going to put in a application with LGT. But can call me lazy. But I'm not typing up the name, address and phone number of every place I worked in the last 10 years. With no option to import anything. Probably not a lose

You know that requirement will be on any application for a trucking job right?

    viper822004 Thanks this.

Air Products is a little different. If you apply through indeed they’ll let you submit a resume and you’ll go through the whole hiring process thinking you bypassed the actual job application and at the end when they offer you the job, they surprise you with the “go ahead and fill out the job application” lol

    scythe08 and Dennixx Thank this.
