The shoveling event has resulted in total exhaustion and we have all agreed that a visit to the rhinoceros is in order

If ingredients are of acceptable quality you don't need to drown out the off flavors with hot sauce.

Just a little hint I picked up hanging with the mature ladies cooking at a monthly large Mexican family gatherings. The "boys" got the cheapest possible cuts covered in Hot sauce. The good stuff got prepared properly for them and the respectful men.

Sadly Keri lost the child several months into the pregnancy. Since she is past 35 they have decided that Bethany will be their only child. They have not given up on a possible adoption.
