Driving a Stretched Peterbilt

    Not the same as doing oversized/heavy haul, but Wal-Mart has an associate to driver program, and their numbers are better than the experienced drivers for safety. Some companies have learned its better to train their drivers before they've learned bad habits from mega trainers, not that surprising besides the fact somebody in an office is using common sense.

    back in around 10 years ago when I was in my early 20s I was training a guy on dump, he “didn’t need no kid telling him how to drive he had been doing flat bed longer than I had been alive”

    I was still nice enough to kick the windshield out and drag him out of the truck after he laid it over on the first day…

    One of the reasons why I rarely venture over to this side of the forum or just stay away from drivers in general, most are miserable tool bags that can’t accept their own failures and run their mouth more than their trucks, every once in a while you’ll meet someone decent but it’s become few and far between
