Hi evryone. i was just wondering if anybody knew any trucking company in the southern ca area? I live in the inland empire. Some of the conditions, i had a dui back in 2021 but got it expunged, will any company still hire me? I have my doubles/tripples and tanks and will be going to get my hazmat and twic card asap. In need of a job right now.

No it doesn’t have to be listed but…
The DUI will still be on their mvr and insurance company records..
That said, the expungement doesn’t really do much for commercial drivers. Not listing the DUI is a great way to get an application sent directly into the trash.

Yeah, better list the DUI. Note that it's expunged though.

Read the exact wording of the question being asked on the application. If the question asks about conviction in last X years, and you were initially convicted in that period and that conviction was later expunged I would suggest you must list the conviction. Guessing what the company can find about you is walking a tightrope. There are more databases storing records than people know about. Companies will almost always reject an application with false or dishonest answers even if a true answer would not have kept you from being hired.
