Believe it was only one or two days for shipping but guess that would depend on how far away from them you are. They're in the Detroit, Michigan area.
Maybe call them Monday and inquire about overnight shipping if the website doesn't give that option at checkout.DAX_ Thanks this. -
Stop playing games. VGT and Def temp as well as level will hurt you if you keep running. Luckily you’ll get 180 minute derate and you’ll be able to get to dealer before you’re stuck At 5mph and need to call a tow truck. Or maybe you’ll be in the middle of nowhere Wyoming in a blizzard…. If you have warranty than use it. OTR is good tool for clearing check engine to get to the shop. However if you have an active short or ecm is failed internally than you won’t be able to clear the code without getting it repaired first.
Diesel Dave, DAX_ and lester Thank this. -
Ironically all the codes just cleared overnight by themselves while I was sleeping at the dealership. They still won’t see me until Monday but atleast I feel more optimistic now that it may only be a sensor or some bad wiring

I have the older version. Does enough for me.

That means there is more wrong than you think. I've had this similar issue with my 2021 T680 for the last 3 months, where it would randomly throw a "engine derate" in 4 hours code, it would do it especially after I'd gone over the mountains. Every time on the way back it would magically self clear, or it'd only go into a partial derate. We take it KW, they'd collectively scratch their heads, ##### and pick their noses, then charge us $1,000 to change the fuel filters, preform a parked a regen and call it good. Three weeks later it'd do it again. We'd take the truck back, they'd perform the same song/dance and give it back to us. Finally in January, it went into level two derate on the way back, I limped home, parked the truck and shut it off, two days later when the boss came in, he had to hook his laptop up to get it out of derate, drove it to KW, they had it for 10 days, "oh, it needed a couple sensors replaced, a parked regen and new filters", so far after two weeks it's running fine, but we shall see.KDHCryo Thanks this.

There is no way around DDDL software if you own a Detroit. Any mobile mechanic can clear your code, but it'll get you five minutes down the road after you paid them 500$. No refunds, you know.
Buy the legit snap-on controller, and pay 800$ a year to play the game.

I had that once with a Kenworth, it's a bad overfueling injector clogging the DPF. spent a year going to shops trying to figure it out. good luck
Common failure on older Paccar motors. I won't buy another Kenworth or Peterbuilt until they un#### the stupidity that is Paccar. Put a DD15 in a Kenworth and MAGA.Last edited: Feb 4, 2025

I once had a truck that kept spewing out transmission fluid, and the shops all kept replacing the output shaft seal.
3 times they did that before I mentioned that it could be a scratch on the race.
Wow! Problem solved.
Figuring things out is not a thing these days.
They want a book (well, a screen) with procedures to follow, that somehow fail to reveal a true cause for the problem.KDHCryo Thanks this. -
Exactly spot on...there not mechanics who can figure out what caused the problem, they just replace parts to get it out of the shop.
I don't take my 2020 DD to anyone, just figure out how to do it myself.
TBH, youtube videos are better than taking to a dealer.
