this is the company that pays 2500 miles run them or not if you are available for dispatch meaning. monday thru sunday so no home time with what they pay it brakes down to 800 a week. and they want you to run like an outlaw but trucks only go 63mph. i also gave them 2 week notice after 2 months "why are you quitting?" going to do flatbed where i was at before. "why did you waste our time you should stayed overthere". this people in the office. 1 belive they S&(*&( don't stink, or 2 are pushed to the limit not a single person up there in s sioux city ne(k&B yard) has any kind of people skills

 

http://www.hireright.com/ is trhe main page but this is where you get the dispute form http://www.hireright.com/Consumers-Applicants.aspx and go about half way down the page and you will see "Hireright consumer report dispute" form and click it and do whatever it says.

Now if you have NOT seen a RECENT DAC report from a company that has requested a DAC on you then you might want to look above that link and get a copy of your DAC. You get 1 a year for free just like a credit report. But when any company gets a DAC on you, DAC sends you one. I can't remember if you have to do something on Hirerights page to have one sent to you when some bottom feeder company checks on you but look around to check.I just remember many years ago looking around DAC when they were still known as DAC on their page and I think I did it as I keep getting reports from them.
Now something people do not know is you can tell Hireright NOT TO REPORT OLD AND ADVERSE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU!. There is a radio button in there for that but you have to go searching for it and DO READ WHAT THEY TELL YOU BY LAW THEY HAVE TO DO AND YOUR RIGHTS! It'll surprise you but after getting their arses sued by OOIDA they put in information we didn't know or might not have ever found out about! But as the bottom feeder they are you have to go searching really hard as they do not have to make it easy for you to find it as long as it's in there.

BE ADVISED: If the dispute form looks like a kindieGarder filled it out they will file 13 the thing! Spell check and proof read and if you aren't sure get someone else to read it! Getting your free report can take 30 days as will getting the dispute form through the system. As for that dacfix I've said it before I'll say it again. If you have that kind of money to throw around pay them! It'll take the same amount of time to go through the system and do not waste your time calling them as they have no freaking idea when you're dispute will get back as they are not even in the same building! They know as much as you do!

 

Is hirerite the same company that does the background checks for the trucking companies?

I have yet to see or talk to a happy K&B driver that hasn't had some snotty ### #### to say about them. Those are the kind of people I would play detective on threaten an investigation and see how fast they move to rid of any incriminating evidence. Or all ex K&B driver's could get together and really have them investigated without notice and see if they remain in business. The people who own it should never be allowed to have another business license. Just like those ######## at Arrow because of what they did to their drivers.

 

Yes. DAC/USIS/Hirerite all the same company, they just change name's more than they change clothes.

 

They give you LOOSE leaf logs for a reason, oh and when you come to their yard you go to see log lady and you "re do" to match therir qualcom. but if you get a ticket for speeding or any other violation you bound to get fired.

 

####, that's just slap screwed up there. I like loose leaf but if I'm going to get in trouble it's going to be under my term's, not their's.
