If you're going to spend that much money, why not get a plane ticket and go look at it yourself? I would never buy something that expensive sight unseen trusting someone I never met to not miss anything.W923 Thanks this.

Go to a dealership

Trailer or tractor?
Your thread title say trailer.. -
Plane tickets are cheap compared to getting a bad truck that you took someone’s word for.
W923, drvrtech77, Speedy356 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Even with the cheap plane tickets.
They still get stuck with bad trucks. -
Yes you are correct, but I just wanted to have someone a quick go over before I decided to fly out.I guess I could fly out with a Mech.Oxbow Thanks this.

Okay, had to ask because I use a trailer dealer in Aurora.

One thing you could do is ask the seller to give you the full ECM print out. If it is a brand dealer, they should also be able to provide any and all maintenance and warranty work performed by any dealer nationwide. It will give you some information to start with. Once you have that, then decide if you want to follow up with an inspection.blairandgretchen and mpow66m Thank this.
