In this recipe it says you can use collards…that is an absolutely NO! Kale is the only way to go for the right flavor.

Hey @Dave_in_AZ, what's some good places to see in AZ, my wife's daughter recently broke up and is wanting to explore some, I suggested cottonwood, and Sedona. She is in north pheonix.

 

Yep that how I eat spinach. I think that kale needed butter maybe. I’ll never know.

It's very bitter. Probably have to bread it, deep fry it, get some BBQ sauce to dip it in.

 

Everything in there is eating something else. No need to be part of the food chain.

 

I'll just stick with my potted meat and soda crackers thank you.
