Does Swift still fire you for doing u-turns?

Whats the Statue of Limitations of doing a U turn over a Landscaped medium near a low underpass. Removing some plants in the process in Casa Grande.....

What if it's one of those U turns on a deserted stretch of highway where the median is wide enough to do it safely and it's got markings and a yield sign?

 

Does it even ding you for legal , designated u-turns ?! Like some states have on State Highways....

Many of those in MI. You have to turn right, go half a block and then make a u-turn.
Those are OK.

 

There's some like in Alabama that you make a uturn by using a designated turnout that's wide enough for trucks .. would those even ding you??

 

If it is designated with signs I don't think it should be a problem. Best to check with the safety people.
