They downsized Dry van division by firing drivers and then marking their DAC report. It's all about the Hoppers now.
Otherwise overall, I really liked my dispatcher.

 

A company that does that is scum imo and not worth working for.

I'll give you an example with Roehl.

new truck, parked legally in a stall at a truck stop doing my 10hr.

A new trucking company with 3 drivers.

Clearly inexperienced guys, one driver backs into my truck and causes a couple thousand in damage, roehl opt'd to settle out of court.

My dac/mvr is clean at this point, im not at fault, i was asleep when I got backed into.

1 month after resigning from roehl, they put that incident on my report and phrased it as if I could be at fault. This was years after it had happened.

Thankfully I kept personal dash footage so, when my new carrier asked, I had evidence to prove zero fault.

 

The hopper division isn't very highly thought of for the rate cutting they are doing.
