Where is everyone #5

Just walked in the house and wife has that race on tv. She seems to be somewhat of a fan of nascar, I’ve never been to a race, she says being a gear head I’d probably really like it. I was always more of a straight track guy, something about wrinkled sidewalls and going fast with little room to stop always held my attention….

 

I was not taught this.

 

Well you ever hack something together 20 years ago? Only for it to let you down when needed. I'm guessing I cobbled this together for a fuse holder back then. Today was the day to fix it properly. Thought the ignition coil left the chat. But it only lost electrons.


Back to work.

 

I would say Nascar sure ain't what it used to be . But I still enjoy it. Still some good racing happens, but it's getting like f1 where all that matters is who has the most money and the same drivers wins every week...
I sure do love watching drag racing as well. used to go to the nhra every year when they were in phoenix

 

My daughter came over to our house to have breakfast with us. I was trying to teach her some spanish while we were cooking.

I told her that the spanish word for sausage is salchicha. She said that sounds like a name for a mexican porn site.

 

Welp so much for the race. 5 Laps and it's raining.. they really need to move this crap to another time of year where it aint raining. It's the same thing every year

 

Couldn’t find the race on tv because I cancelled YouTube tv due to price increase to $82 a month. Almost got it back just for the race. Glad I didn’t

 

this ain’t ever gonna happen, but moving the first race of the yr to phoenix would be great, weather is pretty decent this time of year and that track seems to always draw a sellout crowd

 

It should be on local fox channel for ur area .if u have the digital antenna
