This valve is spewing out air where I am pointing. If i shut the truck off and let the air pressure in both air tanks go down it will quit spewing air. The primary air tank goes down to 70 psi and the secondary goes down to 100 psi. It is located under the headache rack on the driver's side. One side of the valve connects to the air tanks and the other side connects to the abs valve.

Looks like the pressure reducer for your hill start assist valve. Your best bet is to call the dealer with your VIN and have them look it up because there's a few different ones for different pressures. Had to find one for a KW and it was a pain because the old one wasn't on the truck anymore thanks to the air and electrical systems back there being trashed. That's an example one if you need to show anyone.
