    Yang, pick your starter flatbed company carefully. Do not go to Swift or Western Express. Listen to everyone here, that's what they are saying. You can launch yourself on a great trajectory with reputable flatbed company. I recommend Melton or Maverick. You need to learn the fundamentals of open deck for 1 year. Western Express could ruin your career, same with Swift.
